Estacado Library Information Network (ELIN)
The Pannell LIbrary is a member of the Estacado Library Information Network (ELIN), a consortium of may of the libraries in Lea County. This gives library patrons expanded access to:
- Hobbs Public Library
- Lovington Public Library
- Eunice Public Library
- Woolworth Community Library in Jal, NM
Your student ID will grant you access to all of these libraries and many of their resources.
